Refund policy
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days. It may take longer to process during promotional periods or statutory holidays. After placing an order, we will not be able to edit the order, including any shipping address or shipping method. The buyer must first confirm the order and then confirm the purchase.

If it is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time, we will not take any responsibility. Delivery companies sometimes delay, Carlinkit is not responsible for the delayed delivery time, we will not refund.

Please contact the operator directly to resolve the delivery time issue. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received the order, please contact the designated carrier to investigate the problem. We do not assume any responsibility for the tracking information that the package status has been tracked to your order address.

Refund policy
We are known for quality, service and excellent value. We know that you can’t try an item purchased online before purchasing, so please make sure to measure yourself before placing an order, and then check the size chart on the item page. Unfortunately, due to size reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If the product you purchased is defective or damaged, you can request a return or exchange. Our items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Some important details:

All items must remain in their original packaging and in a brand new condition (unused and unwashed).
These items are defective, damaged or materially different from those shown on our website.
You are responsible for transportation. (Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery packages.)
Use traceable shipping methods to protect yourself from lost packages. Remember to record your tracking number.
Please note that if these conditions are not met, it will not be considered as a return or exchange, and we are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

Please attach the product name, size and color notes you want to exchange. The customer is responsible for the price difference between these two items. However, if the price of the exchanged goods is the same as the price of the original purchased goods, no additional shipping or handling fees will be incurred.

When can I get a refund or exchange?

Refunds within 30 days after the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.

If the returned product is tampered with or damaged after leaving our store, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

To return or exchange defective items, please email for instructions on authorizing the return or exchange. Please make sure you include your order number and clearly specify the nature of the return.

Shipping costs associated with product returns are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying the returned shipping costs, and bears the risk of product loss or damage during shipping. In addition, please use a traceable delivery method to protect yourself.
