I tried other brands first because I went by these guides I found online that would rank wireless CarPlay devices. But let me tell you, both Hieha and Ottocast have nothing on this product.With other devices, the CarPlay would not start automatically when turning on the car and I often had to unplug and plug it back in, which kinda defeats the purpose of having a wireless plug in device.This one however starts automatically and connects super fast to my phone. Not only that, but also auto resumes Spotify which the other two devices didn't.Plus Bluetooth music is not delayed almost at all and never cuts off!Anyway, five stars from me for sure.One person found this helpful

I've tried 3 different brand, and this one finally checks all the boxes. It uses QC665, which is faster than any of the QC425 boxes out there. Most importantly, this model has android auto night mode working properly, it goes into night mode automatically vs others that failed to do so for some reason.
The UI feels responsive to touch, android auto feels snappy, split screen mode works very well (tried with Google map and YouTube combination).
Android 12 to boot, If you're looking for the latest and greatest in the world of AI Carplay box.

The wireless Airplay adapter is working great. Connects in less than thirty seconds, even when I start vehicle remotely. The one issue I had was when I tried using the USB Type C to Type C cable. It would connect then lose connection at the slightest movement. Switched to the provided Type A to C; plugged A into vehicle and C into adapter. Has been working flawlessly since.

As a owner of the original carlink kit I decided to try out the plus Max. With the same great interface allowing me to use my Android phone on Apple carplay. As my car only comes stock with Apple carplay. The car link kit gives me full Android auto wirelessly on my car's original Factory unit. I recommend this unit for anyone that is interested in getting Wireless connectivity or someone in my boat that only has Apple carplay that has an Android phone. And it does not end there I can deactivate the Apple carplay and use the full Android tablet watch Netflix movies Etc.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for myself. It was very easy to install in my 2022 Hyundai Palisade and it’s worked perfectly since day one. And once I added the SIM card, I truly started getting all the value from it. I’ve taken a 2 hour road trip and my kids loved the fact that they could watch their favorite shows from the display.
