Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinkit.store
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
In case of no fault of the seller, if you need to return or exchange, you will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.

How to return ?

We will respond quickly(please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order
Once your return is received and processed the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the money of your refund.
Within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.

If the returned goods are not in their original condition, including damaged, unsalable, or missing parts not caused by our company, it wii not be returned or exchanged
No returns or exchanges after 15 days of receiving the product
If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US within 5 hours, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel was shipped. Otherwise, we will not be able to agree to cancel your order.
